We are now calling for nominations for the 2020 IHPBA Distinguished Service Award. The award rotates around our three regions and this year will be awarded to a member from the Asia-Pacific Region during the World Congress in Melbourne. Please see further details on the nomination process here. The nomination deadline is 31 March 2020.
Kenneth Warren Fellowship
Congratulations to Dr Marta Sandini who was awarded the 2019/2020 IHPBA Kenneth Warren Fellowship. Read the news item on Dr Sandini’s award here
This Fellowship is made possible by a generous donation to the IHPBA by Dr. Kenneth W. Warren. The fellowship provides a bursary to be used to support the recipient's own salary in conducting clinical or laboratory research over 12 months in a host department and country outside the applicant's own department and country.
We are very fortunate to have received another grant from the CGF E Alexander Stent Fund this year. This substantial award not only allowed us to award the second fellowship to Dr Lingdi Yin, but will also enable us to increase the stipend offered in 2019/2020 and moving forward to $30,000.
If you are interested in applying for the 2020/2021 Fellowship, please click here for further details. The closing date for applications for the 2020/2021 Fellowship is 30 April 2020.
